Many people are fanatic about maintaining those elegant hands and classy finger nails. Ask a fashion models and experts, to them carefully crafted hands are most important thing in the world. You may have those beautiful eyes and clear skin but if your hands are not gorgeous, your beauty is only half done. The way you take care of your hands tells a lot about your personality. Your love for your body and your attention to the minutest details are reflected by your hands. If your hands are elegant, you can do away with your age. Its is very important to manage your hands well no matter what is your standard of living and in which culture you have grown. Hands talks louder than words. You may have a designer jewellery, stylish clothes, Gucci shoes, crafted bags but what's the use to carry these with an abhorred hands. Your hands are a bigger treasure than any of the materials discussed above. One must realize that our hands are always center of attention (we do not realize this). You shake hands, give business cards, you drive, you eat, you cook, all these activities bring your hand in the center of attraction. You need to pamper your hands as a most loveable possession of your body. Following shall be done to keep your hands in the best of its health, shiny and sparklingly beautiful: - The skin of the hand is thinner than most of the skins exposed to the scorching sun light. You shall take extra care to protect the skin of your hands. If you are driving you shall use gloves as a protection. You shall protect the skin from any scratches or injuries. You will observe that a mark on hand is generally permanent. - Its extremely important to apply a suitable hand lotion at least five times a day. Generally hands have a tendency to become dry when they are exposed to dirt and dry weather. Also due to increased exposure to infra red radiation of sun if important to apply a good UV resistant lotion every time you venture into sun. - Exfoliation will help you give your hand a fresh look. Exfoliation removes your dead skin cells deposited on your outer skin surface. One shall use an exfoliator once a week. Chemical exfoliators are available in market in plenty. - Excess water exposure is another dangerous enemy of your hands. When you do cooking, utensils, washing your hands are exposed to dirty water of increased length of time. As the hands skin is thin and sensitive, your hands start becoming wrinkled. This looks very ugly. Use of rubber gloves is a must if you are a house wife. - Many people have the habit of cracking fingers as their favorite past time. It is more a habit than a requirement. Joints when cracked on regular basis tend to swell. You may have observed ladies with deformed finger joints. It is mainly the result of cracking of fingers. Your hands are too delicate to bear such inhumanly treatments. - While you are going to sleep remember to apply a suitable night cream on your hand.
