When you are writing articles on your blogs or websites, you are actually sharing your knowledge base with the world. People all across the world are dependent on internet (Google) for answering all their queries. The queries can be as small as asking a meaning of a word to asking for reviews and suggestion about a company before take-over. Yes, actually Google has opened up the search avenues so wide that information about anything these days is available on internet. So when you are articles you are actually adding to the ocean of data base. By regularly adding contents to your website/ blogs you can actually generate traffic. We will try to analyze a bit that why actually adding contents to the website actually increases the traffic? The first reason is simple, suppose you are writing articles about knee joints; the knee joints are so widely repeated in your blog that -knee joints- becomes niche of your blog. The second reason is same as the first one but we will slightly elaborate here the factor of search engine rankings. If you are writing articles on -knee joints- and your blog link is appearing on the first page you can be assured that a good healthy traffic is meant for your blog. So adding contents regularly to your blogs will boost the search rankings. But be sure that your articles are written with keywords in mind. The third reason is more specific and related to the quality of your writing. A quality article posted on your website is sure to impress some one. If the user reads a particular article and likes it, he will for sure add your website to his archives. If you go on adding quality contents to your website, he will love and even spread a word about your website. I know it's a long game but this is a business empire is build. I can tell, write a quality articles and in long run, for sure, you get benefits in terms of increased traffic. If your blog topic is -knee joints- and you seem to write everything about it, then all people having some links to knee problems will use your blog as their knowledge bank. They may even ask for your suggestions. A satisfied customer is the best marketing tool you can ever get. The fourth and final most important factor of adding contents to your blog / website is not directly related to search engine ranking but it will eventually lead you to get a better one. When you go on adding contents to your blog, agencies like advertisers and back-link exchangers get attracted towards your website. These agencies will offer you back-links to your website and request you to create one back to ‘their' website. Back links are one consistent way to score a higher ranking search engine results. These back links also make your website more accessible from other websites because your links are placed on other websites.
