Asthma exercise

I have been experiencing asthma or wheezing problem for sometime on occasional basis. Was trying to take medication for sometime as advised but doctor suggested it only for a specific period.

Then I found I have to find a permanent solution for avoiding the attack.i started doing small exercises for all the joints in the body ---neck,shoulder, wrist , hip . feet, heel etc . The exercise was limited to less number of times and without much exertion or to such an extent to avoid spraining .

Then started the march past as done in the armed forces. this again was restricted to about 200 times . Also there was a warm up walk for about 200 steps before doing the march past and after the march past a good and brisk walk for about 700 steps , swinging the legs and hands well . This was followed by specific exercise to the fingers , by folding them in different combinations and keeping them folded for fixed amount of time . Also it was followed by moving the index finger through the different joints in the finger and stopping at each joint for a fixed period of time . then it was followed by exercising the eyes .

Here again some tips were used by seeing the internet , the eyes were moved imagining the big clock and moving the eyes through the different positions of the hour hand . also the eyes were moved to make numbers, alphabets , eight in different angles and directions , the different shapes viz triangle , circle , rectangle , star , sine wave etc . also the eyes were closed and opened in a particular fashion by counting numbers in the arithmetic progression .

Also this was followed by early food in the night and give at least four hours before sleeping and after food.
