Beautiful looking skin is a result of devotion and discipline. You may have a dull, patchy skin today but if you will follow few simple rules for a year and half the changes will be evident. But the precondition is that, you will have to follow a disciplined regime throughout your life. Imagine the result of this hard work; few compliments, praising eyes looking at you etc. By all means you will be the center of attraction in your circle of friends. A beautiful skin also makes an ocean of change in your self esteem. The way you follow a fitness regime for your overall health, it is important to have a disciplined care of your skin. The ultimate objective is to make your skin healthy, free of marks and shiny. To be honest there is not much to be done to make your skin looks beautiful, you have to follow few simple tips with commitment. Your skin needs most care because of the aging phenomenon that is inbuilt in your system. The best we can do is to delay it. With the event of growing pollution and dust the speed of skin aging has also multiplied. So our first focus shall be minimizing the speed the aging process of skin and in turn keep the skin healthy and radiant. The same is applicable for the hands. Skin of your hand is very thin and sensitive. The effect of aging is felt most on the facial skin and hands. We will look at some easy to implement tips for facial skin care and of hands. Skin Cleansing & Toning Removal of dirt and dead cells is step one of skin care. Our facial skin and hands are exposed to atmosphere for longest possible duration. Other parts of body are covered and protected by clothing, hence are comparatively safe. But face and hands are exposed to environmental pollution and dirt. This needs to completely wipe off from your skin. The accumulation of dirt leads to blocking of your skin pores. Our skin secretes oils and sweat. When dirt's accumulated on skin is mixed with moisture and oil they lead to complete blocking your skin pores. Blocked pores lead to pimples and black heads. Both these deadly enemies of skin (pimples and blackheads) lead to dull looking skin and dark patches. The overall look of the skin is greatly damaged if the skin is not kept clear. To keep the skin clear, you need to use a good skin cleaner to clean your skin at the end of the day, before you go to bed. After cleansing the skin the pores of skin becomes wide open. It is very important to close these pores. The most economical way is to use an ice cube and rub it gently on your skin. After rubbing the ice cube for few minutes, dab your skin dry and apply rose-water' to completely close your skin pores. Skin Hydration Skin's majority portion is water. For having beautiful looking skin you have to keep your hydrated for all the day. You need to drink sufficient water to supply sufficient moisture to your skin. You must drink at least 2 liters of water each day. Generally the fridge bottles are all of one liter each. Drink two bottles minimum. It is also important to hydrate the skin artificially. After cleansing and toning of your skin, you shall apply a good moisturizer on your skin and keep it hydrated. While applying moisturizer on skin, you must spend 2-3 minutes to message the skin. This increases the blood flow to the skin, and makes it look healthy.
