Had you ever had a pain in your wrist? If not you, than you must have met people complaining about mild pain in their wrists. The pain is mostly felt when you try to rotate your wrist on its joints. This disease of pain in the wrist is called Carpel Tunnel Syndrome (CTS). The most common symptom of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome is a knot on the back of your wrist. Other symptoms like pain, tingling, numbness can also be felt during the later stages of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.

There is no quick treatment of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. The diagnosis and treatment of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome is a slow. CTS needs time to heal and regular care is very important. The symptoms of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, like pain and knot formation is very easy to treat. But treating the symptom does not mean that the disease is rectified. To get the desired results the focus should be on rectifying the cause of the symptoms. It's very important to ask the questions like why there is a pain in the wrist. Or why there is a knot formation? But it is a fact that looking for the reasons behind the symptoms is time taking. If you will focus more on the cause of the symptoms than (may be) your patient will not get the quick heal that they want. It's important to give a quick relief to the patient but simultaneously the analysis of symptoms shall also be done. It will give a long lasting solution to the patient. It is also a fact that in medical colleges not much is taught on the treatment of pain etc.

CTS is the result of compression of nerves in the wrist. These nerves pass adjacent to the wrist bones. The reason for the pain, knot, and numbness is the result of the compression of nerves which ultimately result in decreased blood supply to the fingers. It has been observed that people who are spending a lot of time on computer/laptop are the people who are mainly facing this problem of carpel tunnel syndrome. Pain reliever is a quick solution for carpel tunnel syndrome, but for sure it is not a solution that's going to last for long.

The solution to carpel tunnel syndrome is regular exercise. Generally when we are using a laptop out wrist is almost stationary and our finger dance as per the command of our brain. Try to lift your hands and make a clockwise and anticlockwise motion of your wrists. The inflammation in the wrists shall be treated with aspirin.

It is easier said than done by asking a user to use less of Laptop in times when virtually every thing is managed by the use of a computer. But we know wrist pain can be very irritating and troublesome. To solve this problem a regular exercise of wrist is vital. Wrist is one of the most widely used body part of our human body. Any pain in the wrist means dysfunction of our daily action. The best cure for Carpel Tunnel Syndrome is keep the wrist mobile and strong.
