Article writing is another excellent backlink possibility You can post your articles to ezine.com, articlemarketers.com, goarticles.com and articlebase.com for getting some quality backlinks to your website. If you do not want to do that much labor or writing a article, then you can post comments on others blogs and leave your trackback. Backlinks building is a tough task. Many find it boring and too monotonous. But still no body can ignore the importance of backlink building in ensuring a success of a website. Google has a very typical way of counting backlinks. Though you know that you have created some 100 backlinks in last month but when you will ckeck in google, it will show no backlinks. The reason being, google considers only those backlinks which originates from page having page rank more than 3. It is a big task to search for blogs that have page rank more than or equal to three. If at all you seem to find one, you will find another hurdle of -donotfollow- tag. Whenever you place comments on such blogs, search engine robots will follow your trackbacks to reach your site. But having said that, making your url visible to people on a very popular page is not a bad idea. What if the do not generate backlinks, but people seeing your url may find it interesting and may visit your site. So as I said earlier, creating back links is tough and needs great discipline and perseverance. But this effort done today will eventually pay huge dividends.
