This would help clean your scalp and maintain its healthy condition. It likewise prevents falling hair and other hair loss problems. You can also use honey combined with olive oil as hair treatment for scalp and hair. This is like a home conditioner treatment for your hair. Simply leave on your scalp for about five minutes then shampoo and rinse with water. If you have the Aloe Vera plant in your garden then get a part of its stem and directly rub on your scalp till the juices are spread evenly. The Aloe Vera is widely used for hair and beauty treatment so use it as natural as it is. You can pound its juice and massage into your scalp and hair. Then simply shampoo with a mild shampoo and water. Your hair would be free from entanglements, easier to comb and very manageable to handle. Other effective home treatments may be the following: - Combine one cup of water with two tablespoons of white vinegar. Use this mixture on your scalp and hair to get rid of dandruff and itchiness. Leave on for about 5 minutes, then wash off with water, then mild shampoo and make a last rinse washing with more water to get rid of any smell. - Use fresh onion, cut into half to rub and massage into your scalp. Onion has natural nutrients and healing properties that can clean off dry flakes and dead cells on your scalp and also as a moisturizing agent. Then rinse with water, shampoo well and rinse well again with water. -You can have your own hot oil treatment at home by making use of olive oil and rubbing into your scalp and spreading over your hair. Then wrap a warm towel over your head for about 15 minutes, then rinse and shampoo. If you have essential oils present in your kitchen, then go ahead and use them on your scalp and hair. These are not only used for keeping your home clean and smelling fresh, or as food flavoring but also as good scalp and hair treatments. Use jojoba oil, tea tree oil, and coconut oil, lemon balm and lavender oil since all these have natural ingredients that help keep the scalp healthy and the hair shiny and soft. So just remember that taking care of your scalp and hair is important as part of your personal hygiene. You don't have to spend a lot to take care of them; all you need to do is research a little about practice and basic scalp and hair care, then look through your kitchen and make use of the natural ingredients available.
