Without giving any introductory lecture, we will directly hit the nail on the most effective ways to chalk out your fitness plan: CALORIE BALANCE If you planning to loose weight, you shall focus on creation of negative energy balance by eating less and burning more calories. If your objective is to gain fat than the reverse will be true, eat more and burn less. Mostly people have problems with over weight and fat deposition. This article will concentrate on creation of negative energy balance. Generally we never plan our daily calorie intake. In other words you shall know in advance what food you are going to eat in today's dinner and in what quantity. In majority of cases (I will say up to ninety per cent cases) you will get your 75% result by changing the way you eat. Excess weight is normally because of the bad habit of eating excess of carbohydrates and fats. The foods containing carbohydrates and fats tastes great and draws us to eat then more. The result is fat deposition and weight gain. In simple terms you must generally avoid the delicacies like pizzas, burgers etc. The timing of your food consumption is also important. You may be doing a regular work-out but haphazard eating will not give you the desired result. If you are working out early then you are empty stomach which is ideal for workout. But in case you are evening jogger then you must not have taken any food for the last one hour. Now this is most important, we are generally grown up believing a three time meal is ideal. We end up starving our self and eat huge quantities of carbohydrates and fats when we actually do eat. You shall take at least six meals a day. Suppose your fitness plan says you shall take two thousand calorie each day, and then evenly distribute the two thousand calories evenly in six meals. It means in each meal your calorie intake should not be more than 334 calories. By defining your upper calorie limit for each meal it makes it easier to control diet. One shall keep a mapping of all foods consumed. Noting of the quantity of food consumed will make it easier for count calories consumed. These days, calorie chart of each and every food is available on internet. Keep a clever of calorie consumed against planned. EXERCISE Once you know what is the amount of calorie you are consuming you must calculate how much you shall exercise to burn the excess calorie. Objective is to not allow the excess fat to get deposited and result in increase in weight. A weekly routine of workout of 20minutes each day, for at least 4 days a week is just sufficient to keep you fit all your life. But the time of workout is dependent on the amount of calorie you are consuming each day. Twenty minute workout is ideal for people who are maintaining a balanced diet.
