Breast feeding is the most natural and convenient way to feed the baby. The breast milk is the best milk for the baby because it is pure, full of minerals and vitamins that would keep the baby healthy. It also keeps a long lasting and special bond between baby and mother.

What are the benefits for the mother? Most of these you would like.....

It does not stop there. Your baby as they grow up would still gain the benefits of breastfeeding. The child would grow up to be healthy and is protected from illnesses like bronchitis, kidney infections, heart disease, diabetes and stomach upsets. Your child has better bone density and has well-developed physical and emotional traits. Your breast milk is the most soothing and best kind of nourishment for the baby's internal body organs. The baby can easily absorb your milk and the digestive tract of the baby can easily digest it, too.

Those are the many benefits of breast feeding. Hopefully, more mothers would breast feed their babies. I definitely think they should.
