More often than not, men are into strenuous and rigid kinds of activities and sports. They want to prove their strength and masculinity, so they try hard to test their limits in anything that they do. Take for instance, the natural attraction of men to muscle cars to prove their mettle in the field of the fast lane. What are muscle cars? These are the types of cars that are considered powerful because these are made of heavy and unique features for fast driving. These are the types of cars usually used in car racing, drag racing and any other fast-car driving activities. The muscle car has a very powerful and high performance engine for superior driving maneuvers. Men like cars that depict their own strength and masculinity, they like the feel of thrill when they drive through the road. Though most men who drive the muscle cars are not really professional drivers, most of them still have very good driving skills and knowledge on how to go about controlling these cars. It has two doors, though some models have four doors. The car is built with special car rims for better control, maneuvering and force especially for racing down the road. For most professional car racers, the muscle car is the top choice to be driven in the races. Back in the early 60's and 70's the types of muscle cars popular then are the now classic versions. These are the Pontiac GTO, Ford Thunderbird 427, Chevrolet Malibu SS and THE Buick Skylark Gran Sport. The modern muscle cars currently popular in the American market are the Ford Mustang, the Impala SS and the Mercury Grand Marquis. The other popular type is the GT Super Snake and King of the Road by Ford and Shelby. Before purchasing your muscle car, do your research and compare prices, features and other costs involved.
