Nature is really a giant elephant. When some body talks about saving nature , it is really funny. it is like an ant telling a lion that it will help him.

We produce so may automobiles everyday, we do not follow car pooling etc . we do not maintain the roads and thereby waste fuel. we do not dispose garbage properly. But we make lot of talk about saving nature and environment .
On one hand , we talk that the nature is to be protected by us. But we are also , men and animals , part of the nature. so we are also to be protected. IF we take tsunami or earthquake, so many people are affected . ie. by nature , part of nature is affected. What is the reason for this. even though we have understood nature to some extent and technologically improved in different areas from telecommunication to moon landing to understanding DNA , we are yet to understand the very basic concept of human lives.

How to best spend our time and energy so that we stop creating further problems for ourselves and others , so that what ever problems which are already created can be solved.

One of the basic things is to see how lead our physical life. Because once we understand our own thinking , how we are driven by our thoughts and emotions , how we look at things and people , we can do much better to really save ourselves and thereby nature.

Life is all about action . basic actions like breathing, sleeping, talking, eating and walking. all these activities involve definitely us and in addition may be others . If we can take care of each and every moment of our lives , both to our as well as to the satisfaction of others involved in that particular activity, then definitely that is the best way to help nature.

For example, there is a conflict of interest between two parties. Being culturally so much forward compared to the stone age man, we should be able to resolve the issues amicably and without detriment to the interest of others and thereby also protect ourselves and thereby the nature.

Arguments are good but not emotional outbursts, reasoned discussions and democratic way of arguments and detailed discussions about pros and cons of all human activities is the necessity of the day if we are really interested in protecting the world .
