Shopping is an activity that you do because you just have to. You do it for pleasure, leisure and as a necessity. You go shopping by yourself or you can shop with your family and friends. You shop a lot especially when there are sales and big discounts offered. You can choose the time and day to do your shopping because there are outlets that are on the 24/7 schedules. Shopping has also been influenced by the times. You can now shop with convenience. You can go shopping on line, you can call shops/stores that offer delivery service of their goods and the old way of doing shopping by going to the stores to buy the things you need. What benefits do you get when you shop online? One, you can do it in the comforts of your home- all you have to do is use your computer. You have all the time to browse the things you want to buy and you have a wider choice of products to choose from. You can pay online with your credit card. You just wait for the products you ordered for a few days. With actual shopping you can actually see what you are buying. You can check for possible defects at once. You can haggle with price, get discounts and pay with coupons. You can also pay cash or credit. Shopping online may have some disadvantages. You don't actually see the real product; you just base what you like on the picture you see and the de script ion you read about the product. You can't haggle for the price because it's fixed. You also have to be careful about the sites you shop online since there are still a lot of scams in the internet. Sometimes, there is product damage through delivery. If they offer to send another product , then you have to wait again for a few days. As for the shops that deliver your goods, you must have established a good relationship with them. You may have the usual list of products you get from them each month and as scheduled they deliver them to you. They offer discounts, buy one take one offers and you are the first to know about new products coming in or going up for sale. These are some perks you get from them to keep you as a valuable client of their store. Again, it's a matter of choice. Shopping is about doing it your own way, enjoying and learning from it as well. You choose your own way of shopping that would give you the best of what you want from it. That's an important thing to consider. As I've said, I love shopping. I haven't tried shopping online. A lot of my friends and family siblings have tried it and they are okay with it so far. With that assurance, maybe it's about time that I should!
