Think about those fat burgers and pizzas you have taken in the past that has brought to face this ill health. Don'ts
1. Do not diet to loose weight. Weight reduction by starving your self is a temporary remedy of extra weight. You may starve for few days or weeks, but ultimately you will fall to your urge to have those melting pizzas and burgers. Studies shows that people who have lost weight by dieting have gained twice the weight they had before dieting. Dieting actually reduces your muscles leading to reduced metabolism rate, making your body less responsive to towards calorie burning. So my first tip is -Please do not do dieting to loose weight-.

2. Do not count calories and eat. This is the most impractical approach towards weight loss, moreover it is sick. Focus on having a balanced diet instead of counting calories. There are numerous articles on web about Balanced Diet, or best buy a pocket book on balanced diet. You must consume all types of food, in correct proportion and quantity, like vegetables, fruits, milk products, cereals. Objective is to consume foods from all -food groups-.

3. Do not target to loose all weight in the first day. You workout yourself to loose ten kilograms in one week. To maintain the lost weight you shall allow your body to gradually loose and adjust to the change. You shall never loose more than four kilograms per month as a rule of thumb.

Do's

1. Stop eating after 6:00 pm. You shall to eat nothing after six in the evening. If this looks too tough try to eat only fruits (no carbohydrates) after six. Target is that, you shall not consume anything at least 3 hours before you go to bed.

2. Take six meals per day. Instead of taking the traditional three / four meals a day, start following a habit of taking six meals a day. Taking smaller meals a day can help your system to keep your metabolism high.

3. Un-train your mind. Your mind is trained to consume excess calories and gain weight. Your mind is trained to consume three meals a day. Your mind is trained to eat a heavy dinner at night and make you sleep immediately after meal. You have to un-train your mind to skip each of these habits.

4. Motivate your self to loose weight. Keep watching those inspirational DVD that will motivate you to loose weight. You mind is the starting point of all activities. Your minds act according to the information you feed in the brain. If you luring your mind to have delicious fat rich foods, it will drive you towards your nearest pizza store. If you feed your mind with information's related to weight training, weight reduction, health, fitness etc. your mind will also start acting accordingly.
