If you're like everyone else when searching for a job, you'll come to dislike the word "workers". This is because it will pool you with thousands of others, and this often makes it possible to get stuck doing work that is not a good match to your needs or wishes. This is particularly the case for those who accept temporary jobs to help make ends meet. So, how can you become one of the world's many workers without also becoming one of the millions of generic temps accepting jobs that do not match their skills or strengths?
