Debt spiral is basically a cycle when we take money from creditors to fulfill our needs in anticipation to pay it back over time. However, this cycle keeps on going and we can't manage to pay back completely; to pay back previous loans we take new ones which further accumulate debt. We keep on acquiring new debts which pay a portion of the old loans and the rest is spent on our expenses. This leads to some part of previous loans to stay there while accumulating new ones.

This situation, if continues results in enormous financial pressure and we indulge badly into a never-ending cycle. It calls for serious attention and a proper debt management strategy which ensures getting rid of old loans without acquiring new. Spending without having a set budget will lead you to spend extra, plan well before incurring any expense. Moreover, find out where you are spending unnecessarily. Cut that spending from your next month's budget to have that money saved for paying back your debts.
