As is, GDI's program is great. To make things better, this month they are launching IDNs. What is an IDN? Well here is what GDI says: "An internationalized domain name (IDN) is an internet domain name that contains one or more non-ASCII characters. Such domain names could contain letters with diacritics (a small sign added to a letter to alter pronunciation or to distinguish between similar words), as required by many non-English languages, or characters from non-Latin scripts such as Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese or Hindi." This opens up the market to the world; to people of all different nationalities that speak and read many different languages. For people on the GDI program or interested in it, there is no better time than right now to get on board. This is the first time I have ever seen GDI launch something new. For the past few years they have been only promoting the dot ws domain name. They have been doing a great job with that and continue to do so. But now they're expanding their market and it seems they are going to be heavily promoting the IDN.
