All the 40 weeks of the pregnancy gives the new and wonderful experience to the pregnant woman. Pregnancy week by week tablets, exercises, diets, habits and many more are need to be follow as instructed by the doctors. From the first week of the pregnancy to 40th week of the pregnancy, a pregnant woman should be careful in their regular activities. This is because of regular works having uneasiness make many problems to the baby inside. Therefore, controlled things and activities day by day increases the good result to get the healthy baby.

31 weeks pregnant

Every week by week of the pregnancy is an important thing. However, the 31st weeks of the pregnancy play a vital role to the baby and mother as well. Many changes in the baby's body that is growth occur during this week. Until 2 weeks before labor, every baby inside gains ½ a pound of weight. The final growth phase occurs in this period. An important thing in this week is baby can feel the pain. Here before, this is not possible to baby. This is because of nerve cells and connections of baby inside start to function. Another interesting thing in this week of the pregnancy is a baby can recognizes a multitude of sounds.

Pregnancy diet

The right diet plan during the pregnancy week by week is an important for every pregnant woman. This is because of correct diet leads to healthy body for both mother and baby. People are concentrating more on what to eat as well as what not to eat. Many varieties of food items like milk, meat, fruits, beans, vegetables, grains and many more available. These things make the people to get more confusions than ever for selecting the good diet plan especially during the pregnancy. Some special nutrients in the diet plan are helpful for the pregnant women. Iron and calcium are very essential food items to be taken during the week by week of the pregnancy. Blood production is easily possible by the iron content.

Premature babies

Many pregnant women are looking forward to avoid the premature delivery. The preterm labor is not good for both baby and mother. This is because of the growth of the baby inside is not completely fulfilled during the premature delivery. Many ways are available to avoid the premature delivery. The instructions given by the doctors are followed throughout the pregnancy week by week is an easier way to avoid the preterm labor. This problem is nowadays not common. Though careful is always useful a lot.

Pregnancy exercise

Many activities in exercises are risky during the pregnancy week by week. The correct suitable exercises as instructed by the exercise specialists are good. The best way doing the good exercise is 20 to 30 minute walks every day. This is because of natural walks in early morning and evening is an easier way of good pregnancy week by week.
