Fruits are not only tasty but are also full of energy. They are an excellent gift of God Almighty because they help us stay healthy and of course 'health is wealth'. During hot weather it is utmost important for everyone to take energy drinks and the majority of people go for tin juices and pre-packaged products. But if we look deeply we will realize that tin juices are tasty but are not as healthy as fresh fruit juices are. Also when you have a blender and fruits available, why to go for tin juices and miss out some of the important nutrients which you can gain otherwise. Preparing fruit juice at your home is not a big deal and it doesn't require a lot of efforts so make it your habit to make fresh fruit juice whenever you need energy. This will not only be healthy but is also hygienic and pure. Things You Need To make a healthy fruit drink at your home you need following things which are available in almost all kitchens. You will need a sharp knife, large handle spoon, a blender as well as a gallon pitcher. As for the fruits you will need watermelon without seeds, bananas (3-4), pineapple, orange juice (not sweet) and strawberries. Make sure you have washed all fruits before using so as to sure that nothing harmful is on them. Procedure Cut watermelon into pieces according to the quantity of the juice you want to make for yourself. Then peel and make small pieces of the bananas. Make sure the bananas and the watermelon is ready to use and the watermelon is seedless. Now put them (bananas and watermelon pieces) into the blender and blend it till it crashes and mixes properly. Now pour the mixture of bananas and watermelon into the gallon pitcher and then mix the orange and pineapple juice in it. Mix well! Now for the fruit chunks cut the properly washed strawberries into slices after removing the top; also peel and cut banana into small pieces. Add these fruit pieces to the mixture. Now add fresh pineapple pieces. If you want the juice to taste like pineapples add its chunks a bit more than others, same goes for strawberry and banana. Now pour it and taste it if you need some sweetness then add some sugar in it and steer it till it mixes properly. Now take it to the end stages, stir it for almost 3 to 5 minutes and then place it in the fridge for almost 2 hours. Now when the fruit juice is cold and the fruit chunks are squashy, enjoy your fresh and healthy drink. It is a fact that different fruits have different health benefits; following are some of the fruit juices with their health benefits: Pumpkin Juice This fruit is good for those people having problems of heart, kidney or liver. It is also good for insomnia so it is good to take pumpkin juice every night with honey some hours before sleeping. Apple Juice Apple juice is rich in vitamins C and P (Bioflavinoids) and it is also rich in calcium, magnesium, iron salts, zinc and nickel. So take a big glass of apple juice daily and live a healthy and fit life. Grape Juice Grape juice is rich in potassium as well as sugar which is very useful for our nervous system. So if you are feeling tired and want refreshment and energy, go for grape juice. Grape juice also helps reduce the cholesterol and level down the heart pressure. Moreover this juice also has anti-bacterial, diuretic and laxative effects on our bodies. Banana Juice Bananas are loved by many people. Crash bananas and make the juice to get several health benefits. Bananas are good for kidney, nerves, bones and heart. Bananas are rich in fiber and are good for blood as well. So go and get your glass of banana juice right away! Strawberry Juice Strawberries have uncountable health benefits. They are rich in carbohydrates but along with this they have many vitamins and fiber. They are also antioxidants thus fight many diseases. So go and get your favorite fruit today and make a juice at your own place to get excellent taste as well as energy!
