You have always wanted to go to Wisconsin and watch the Annual Touchstone Energy's Waterfest, a parade of Venetian lights boats. Taking place in early August, many local facilities, like bed and breakfast and car rentals, offer discounts and special prices to celebrate the waterfest as well as fun activities to enjoy during day time.
