A recent daily again read a suicide case. Everyday there is a new one. Does life becomes so difficult for some people that they decide to end it? Is dying simpler than living a life?
Major suicide cases consists teenagers killing themselves. A recent case in a newspaper said that some 11 year old girl killed herself because her mum read her journal in which she had expressed her love for her classmate and her mum, against her will complained to her school teacher and principal about it so she got scared of the humiliation and killed herself.

There are so many child psychologists today. In many developed foreign countries people visit these child psychologists when their children are just 2-3 years old. These psychologists do nothing but counsel the kids so that they live without fear, depression and any other negativity. In all countries this should be undertaken to reduce the number of suicides. Especially in a country like India where people still consider psychiatrists and psychologists as mental doctors! The Indian masses really need to change their mentality. If this thinking continues very soon there will come a time when your kid will commit suicide because you didn't buy them the toy they wanted! Even parents need counseling as to, how to treat and teach their children, especially those of teenage kids.
Now talking about the young adult suicides, kids stay with their parents In India, even when they are grown up unless the kids don't want to. Parents provide kids with everything from food and clothes to play stations. They try to fulfill each and every demand of their children no matter what their age is! When these kids grow up and start studying or earning, they start feeling that things are not coming to them so easily and so they start losing hopes and become depressed which ultimately leads to suicidal attempts. Parents should teach kids how to face problems; they should not give them whatever they ask for each time otherwise they will never be able to handle pressures of life.

As per the law of karma, what goes around comes around, that means whatever you have done in the past (even past life), you will face it either in the present or in future. Suicide is a sin. If one kills himself thinking that this will put an end to his issues or problems then that is completely incorrect. Whatever one has done in the past he will have to face its outcome, be it good or bad. Now by taking his own life he cannot run away from his karma, in fact one more sin gets added so he will have to face more problems in his next birth. Killing oneself is not the solution.

Government should take this issue more seriously and should arrange certain awareness campaigns in this regard and also they should promote parents and kids visiting counselors and psychologists. Even schools and colleges can help eradicate this issue; they can show some movies or documentaries made on this issue. If children learn from the very start that committing suicides or even thinking about attempting it is wrong and that it is a sin then they might not think about doing it in the future.
