Nutrition bars are also advisable for children, but keep them regulated as you don't want them to gorge a couple of these bars all at the same time. There are nutrition bars in the market that are made especially for kids, so hand them during their snacks at school or even after play. This would instill them awareness on smart snack options and to observe proper eating habits while they are still young.
