Tips and Tricks for Shiny, Healthy HairBY: Guest User | Category: Self-Improvement | Submitted: 2010-02-17 10:29:03
Ever watch a movie and admire the hair of your favorite actress? You wonder how she has such shiny and healthy hair. What if we told you that you can have hair like that as well? You would be thrilled and you know you would. Well, there are some tips and tricks that we have up our sleeves to help you get the hair that you have been envying for quite some time. The first thing is to know what sort of shampoo you need to use. For those who have fine hair, you need a shampoo that has wheat protein in it. You also need to use a spray that adds volume to your hair. For those who have normal hair, you need to find a shampoo that has amino acids in it. Not just any amino acids will do though, you need silk amino acids. You can also rub in gels to help give it the shine that you are looking for. They also have creams that can do that as well. The other types of hair are for those who have thick and coarse hair. You might be wondering what to do there. You need to use pomades. There are other things to note about the products you use. The first tip that we have is for you to use heat activated shampoo. You also need to use conditioner. Many people do not condition their hair and you don't want to over condition your hair either. People do that as well. They tell you that you should condition your hair once or twice a week. While we do suggest styling products to help you to give your hair that shine that everyone craves, you don't want to overdo it on those items either. When you do this, you can actually dull your hair and that wouldn't be good at all. Stick to only one or two styling products. It also depends on your hair color. There are a few things you can do differently depending on if you are blonde, brunette, or a red head. For instance, for blondes who want natural shine, they can use lemon juice. For brunettes it's a bit different to get that all natural shine. They can use apple cider vinegar and then you make sure to rinse it. Red heads can use the apple cider vinegar as well. Sometimes, you can add honey to warm water and that will do the trick as well. Yet, there are other things you need to do as well. One of them goes along with anything that you want right with your body. That is to keep your body healthy by eating right. You also want to avoid cold water as cold water isn't good for the hair cuticles. Those two things can help drastically as well as limiting the amount of products you put in your hair as you style. This can help you get that hair that you have always wanted. When you have this hair, you will be thanking these tips and do yourself a favor and pass them on. Everyone says they know the answer, but here are some answers that don't cost a lot.
