Of course most people love soda. It goes well with almost anything you eat. You can take it along with your sandwich, your salad, barbeque, grilled fish or chicken or even take it after eating your favourite fruit. But then, drinking too much of soda can be bad for your health. If you didn't know about this, then it is about time to know why it is so. - Soda may be one of the causes of calcium deficiency. - Soda can be a factor to cause osteoporosis. - Soda is considered addictive; it has substances that make you long for it. - Soda may contain some fecal or dirty contents. - Soda can cause teeth decay. - Soda may cause kidney stones. - Soda can hasten your appetite, so it makes you eat more (and gain more weight in the process) - Soda costs a lot of money to make; the money could be used for more other healthful drinks. Have you ever wondered how much sugar is put into a can of soda? The answer is a lot of it, or better yet too much sugar is put into that can that may be detrimental to your health. Anything in excess may cause some unhealthy effects, so the same concept is adopted here. You may have to check your intake of soda. Take it in moderation. Better yet, don't or avoid taking it and switch to drinking more water. Drinking water is healthier because it helps eliminate excess wastes and toxins from your body. It may be healthier for everyone else to make it a good habit of drinking water than drinking soda. These are reasons are good enough to stop doing so.
