There are many people that you will find that love to fill out the surveys that you can do online for companies. Some go to try for a chance to win a thousand dollars. There are some who fill out comment cards. You might find that there are some people who flag people down to go about and talk to a manager whether the service was bad or good. However, this is good.

Many think it embarrassing of people who do this. However, you will find that when you do this, you are doing a couple of things for those companies. First off, you are giving them insight as to what other people see when they show up to their establishment.

You tell them what really happens. At times, managers don't have an open eye as to what is going on. They might not be there or they might be in the back. There are some those waitresses for instance that kept talking to their friends and not helping us that we told the manager. They had no idea that this was happening and so forth. When you keep that in mind, they need to know

You help them as they don't lose money. They see the things they can correct. They take care of the problem right away. When they do this, people don't up and walk out. People choose to spend more. This makes everyone happy in the long run. They aren't giving discounts to make up for the wrong doing.

You help them to keep things clean. There are many of us that expect a clean bathroom and table or things of that nature. They need to know how they can improve on this. This is why it's great when you give feedback. How else are they going to know? The things you hit on that needs improvement will be hit on by others when you think about it and they have people who come in from upper management to view how things are being handled. They choose where to go and things of that nature based off of complaints.

Even if you tell them good things when you give positive feedback, they can see what they are doing right. This is what they can aim to do to please people. When that is all said and done, you will find that there are many who don't hear any good feedback and maybe it's time that they did hear some good news. Think about that the next time you see a comment card. The whole point that they are trying to give incentives to the surveys is all due to the fact that they want to hear from you. When you do this, you help them out all the more. This can be something that many places can benefit from.
