There are many of you who have broken up with the love that you might have spent a good amount of time with. You go through the process that you normally go through. There's the initial pain when you want to know when it will end. It's hard on both in many cases. It's especially hard on those of you who have broken up on good terms or so you say good terms.

Then you go through the processing it yourself. Some of us wonder what we did wrong. Some of us try to get rid of all the reminders that are there. For many of us, we have a lot of things to get rid of. That is just one of the things that you can do.

The next process that many go through is then the moving on with the life. You start wondering if you can hang with those friends that the two of you shared. Its like they almost have to take sides. You try to avoid the places that either one hangs at so as not to bump into them.

Many of you will go about and try to hang out with the friends that are there for you. In most cases, these are the friends that you might have put on the back burner. You didn't do this purposely. It happens. However, when you do this, you show that you are moving on. It's a great step to take.

Yet, there are many of you who want to know do things go back to the way they were? It's hard to say. As women, we normally think that because you start talking to us whether it's to say hey no hard feelings or to say hey I need that Tshirt back that things are going to be okay. However, this isn't the case all that often. In many situations, we say we are going to be friends. We say that we are going to be friends, but when it all comes down to it, that rarely happens.

Talking doesn't mean everything is okay. There are many cases that you try to be friends. There is a thing where you can try too hard. If you want to try being friends go for it. Yet, if you find that its hard to spark a conversation or you keep talking about the past, then something might be going on that you two aren't ready to be talking yet.

The awkwardness will always be there. It does get better, but normally when you both go your own ways. This is what we have learned. So, when you break up with a person or they break up with you. Remember, normally, it's just better to move on and do your own thing. Just remember this when you go through this. It's hard but you can make it easy.
